Growing up, our Mom’s baked goods were a staple, and quickly disappeared with our big family! Her recipes continue to be the heart of our bakery here at Niemi Family Farm. 


Our Mom is the head baker on our farm, baking everyday, and uses incredible ingredients to bring the best baking into our bakery. All of our baking is handmade in our bakery.


Each day our goal remains the same: to serve the best, fresh, baked goods! 



On Market days as we are setting up shop, the aroma of fresh bread, and sweets surround the farm. I know that mom has been busy baking since the wee hours in the morning. I follow my nose and walk into the bakery to see fresh breads, sweet breads, scones, and donuts steaming. Sometimes I will start off the morning with a fresh scone or donut, paired with a cup of coffee. Mmmm.



Did you know?


Many of our specialty baking are traditional Finnish goodies. Some include: our classic sugar donuts, sweet breads, and sourdough rye bread.
